We have emailed you a link and instructions to sign up for the webcast. You you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. We have also posted the link and instructions on the Venus Retrograde member’s page. Simply sign into your account, then click the link to Venus Retrograde listed on your account page.

I have products I purchased previously on Where are they? was re-launched August 7, 2018. The following products were still under customer access time per the terms and conditions at the time of purchase:
• Saturn in Capricorn
• Mercury Retrograde in LEO 2018
• Mars in Aquarius 2018
Customers who purchased these items were notified via email with instructions to access these products on the new site.

Per terms and conditions stated at time of purchase, all other products should have been downloaded well before this site was re-launched.

How do I set up an account on
Accounts are created when you make your first purchase at Just enter the items you wish to purchase to your cart then proceed to checkout. There’s a field on the checkout page where you create your account password.
