As is Industry Standard, there are no refunds on any digital products – no exceptions. We want to be clear in stating this as to empower you regarding this purchase decision. Digital content is not something that can be returned and resold. Once you download it, you now possess it and have entered into a legally binding agreement of exchange with Ohotto.com. Not honoring these Terms may result in legal action and/or a permanent lifetime ban from future purchases on Ohotto.com.

To prevent product instructions from landing in the spam or junk folders, be sure to add customerservice@ohotto.com to your address book once your order is complete. Within 15 minutes of submitting your order you will receive an email including your receipt and instructions for accessing your product(s).

Tracks won’t play. What can I do?
If you are unable to play a track, please follow the steps below:

  • Try refreshing the page. In most cases, playback hiccups are only temporary.
  • Check the Soundcloud Status Blog for news and updates on any service interruptions that may be occurring.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and then restart it.
  • Check to make sure you have the latest version of your browser, and Flash installed.
  • Disable any extensions or ad-blocking plugins that could be blocking SoundCloud from working properly and add soundcloud.com to the exceptions list in the plug-in settings of your browser.
    Try a different browser (such as Firefox, or Chrome) to see if it is a local issue on your browser.

Can I download audio files?
Yes! Just click the download icon on the upper-rick corner of the playback screen.
