I’m having trouble accessing the Live Session on Crowdcast.
Detailed instructions are listed on the “Your Intuitive Edge Premium” membership page. If you’re still having trouble, please restart your device and try signing into Crowdcast again. If you still need help, please give us a detailed explanation of what’s happening, along with the specifications of your web browser and operating system. We will be providing support via this form from half-hour prior to half-hour after the start of the event. If you miss the live event, don’t worry! We’ll have the recording posted soon.

I’m having trouble checking out.
The most common problems with our checkout process involve confusion around account creation and signing in.

If you don’t have an Ohotto.com account:
Accounts are created when you make your first purchase at Ohotto.com. Just enter the items you wish to purchase to your cart then proceed to checkout. There’s a field on the checkout page where you create your account password.

If you do have an Ohotto.com account:
There is a place to sign into you account at the top of our checkout page, but it’s best to sign into your account prior to adding items to your cart.

If you’re having any other issues checking out, please include the specifications of your operating system, web browser, and device, along with the specific text of any error messages you receive.

How do I set up an account on Ohotto.com?

When can I access my purchased materials?
Unless stated otherwise, Ohotto.com educational products are available immediately after purchase. Just sign into your account page.

I’m having technical issues – something isn’t working as expected.
Please quit all apps, shut down and restart your device, then sign back into your account. If you’re still having trouble:
1) Confirm that you restarted your device (otherwise we’ll tell you to do it again).
2) Provide a detailed description of the issue – what you’re trying to do and where you’re getting hung up. Also be sure to provide the specifications of your device, web browser, and operating system.
