Early registration is encouraged and listed Prices, unless otherwise stated, are all-inclusive of transportation from Rapid City Regional Airport to and from the event, lodging, meals, course tuition and materials.

Double - $1,561.00 per person
The Price is for registration of one person sharing a room. Each room is for double or more occupancy and includes two queen beds, nightstands, a table, chair, and lovely view! We shall make every effort to pair you with a compatible roommate. If you have a friend who shall be attending the workshop and would like that person to be your roommate, please let us know when you register.

Single - $1,898.00
The Price is for registration of one person where the registrant is the sole occupant of the room. These rooms are limited in number and include two queen beds, nightstands, a table, chair, and lovely view!

Suite (Individual) - $2,081.00

Suite (Couple) - $3,342.00
We have a very limited number of these suites available. These rooms can be for one person or for two people sharing the same bed. The Price is for registration of one (Individual) or two (Couple) people. These Suites come with a King bed, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and in most cases a gas-burning fireplace.

Suite for Two - $3,490.00
These rooms are very limited in number. This option is ideal for registrants who have a friend or family member who is taking part in the program and with whom they would like to share a suite. The Price is for registration of two people. Each Suite for Two comes with two double beds, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a gas-burning fireplace.

Commuter - $1,261.00
The Price is for registration of one person and includes meals, tuition and course materials. Lodging and transportation are not included for Commuter registration.

If you would like to arrive earlier before or stay post the weekend intensive at the Lodge please let us know. We have negotiated special rates for your additional nights and can accommodate your reservation preferences! Once you are signed up for the standard program period, we shall let you know how to secure your additional nights of stay.

Registration, Refund and Cancelation Policy

All dates and locations are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. All event fees, unless otherwise indicated, are non-refundable.

Part I, 2010
In the event you need to cancel your registration for this event and wish to receive a refund less our processing fee of $300; you must cancel your registration before January 11, 2010 at 11:59pm MT.

Between January 11, 2010 and February 4, 2010, only partial refunds equal to 50% of the total registration fee will be issued. After February 4, 2010 at 11:59pm MT, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Part II, 2010
In the event you need to cancel your registration for this event and wish to receive a refund less our processing fee of $300; you must cancel your registration before May 17, 2010 at 11:59pm MT.

Between May 17, 2010 and June 14, 2010, only partial refunds equal to 50% of the total registration fee will be issued. After June 14, 2010 at 11:59pm MT, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Part III, 2010
In the event you need to cancel your registration for this event and wish to receive a refund less our processing fee of $300; you must cancel your registration before August 16, 2010 at 11:59pm MT.

Between August 16, 2010 and September 13, 2010, only partial refunds equal to 50% of the total registration fee will be issued. After September 13, 2010 at 11:59pm MT, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
